Limited Warranty

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all works for a period of 12 months against defects and/or mould returning. We also guarantee any building remedial works (where applicable) for 12 months against defects. Also, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Please note

 

• Class 1 Mould - Poor housekeeping and lack of adequate ventilation is the leading cause of mould. Where any recommendations are not followed and/or poor housekeeping, etc., result in new or returning mould growth, any warranty offered will be void.

• Class 2 & 3 Mould - Please note that where further water leaks have occurred, have not been properly repaired, or are still present, any warranty is void for water damage or returning mould.
