When should I get a property disinfected?
Common reasons are after someone’s been unwell, following an infectious outbreak, between tenancies, after a property’s been vacant, or for reassurance in a shared or high-traffic space.
Isn’t a normal clean enough?
A normal clean removes visible dirt but isn’t designed to reduce germs on the surfaces people touch most. Disinfection specifically targets those, using products left for the contact time they need to work.
