Common questions
How often should gutters be cleaned?
For most Brisbane homes, once a year — and ideally before the storm season. If you’ve got big trees overhanging the roof, twice a year is safer.
What happens if I leave it?
Blocked gutters overflow. That water runs down walls, into eaves and back under the roof line, which leads to damp, rot and ceiling damage — far more expensive than a clean.
Do you do two-storey homes?
Yes, subject to safe access. Tell us the property type when you enquire and we’ll confirm and price it.
What if you find a problem up there?
We’ll tell you. Sagging gutters, rust holes and blocked or broken downpipes get flagged so you can deal with them before they cause a leak.
