Is any job too small?
No. The small stuff is exactly what we’re for — the jobs that aren’t worth calling a specialist trade for but never seem to get done. Send the whole list.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Yes, a lot of our work is rental upkeep and between-tenancy repairs. We’re used to coordinating access with tenants and reporting back to owners and agents.
What if my job needs a licensed trade?
Some work — certain electrical and plumbing, for example — legally needs a licensed specialist. If your job is one of those, we’ll tell you honestly and can point you to the right person.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
Either, depending on what suits. For a clear list we’ll usually quote a price; for a mixed bag of small jobs an hourly visit often works out better. We’ll be upfront before we start.
