Level 1 of 3

When you want it handled — all of it

This is our full-service water damage restoration — the whole job, end to end, not just the initial attendance. You make one call and we take it off your hands: we attend, make safe, find every affected material, extract the water and dry the structure, then prove it’s dry with post-remediation verification. Where a job needs an independent tick, we work with qualified occupational hygienists so the work is done correctly to the standard, signed off properly and verified safe — not just assumed.

Along the way we build the documentation your insurer needs — moisture readings, photos and drying logs to the ANSI/IICRC S500 standard — so your claim holds up and you’re not chasing paperwork.

It’s the right choice when you’d rather get on with your life and have one Brisbane team see the job through from front to back.

What's included

Everything a full restoration covers

Scoped to your property, but a front-to-back job typically includes all of this.

Emergency attendance

Rapid make-safe and first response, 24/7, to stop the damage spreading.

Water extraction

Standing water removed fast before it soaks further into the structure.

Moisture mapping

Thermal imaging and meters find hidden water in walls, subfloors and cavities.

Structural drying

Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers dry the building, not just the surface.

Daily monitoring

Readings taken each day until the structure hits its dry target.

Post-remediation verification

Final checks and, where a job needs it, an occupational hygienist’s independent clearance — signed off to the standard and verified safe.

Insurance documentation

Moisture logs, before/after photos and a plain-English report for your claim.

Water damage doesn’t keep business hours. Neither do we.

FAQ

Common questions

What’s the difference between this and your interim service?

Full restoration means we manage the entire job to a verified-dry, documented finish. The interim service (Level 2) is a fast make-safe and dry-out to hold the property while your insurer or owner decides the full scope — then you can convert to a full restoration if needed.

Will you deal with my insurer?

Yes. Every job is documented to the IICRC S500 standard — readings, photos and a written report — and we’re happy to liaise with your insurer or loss adjuster directly.

How long does it take?

Most homes dry in 3–5 days depending on how far the water spread. We monitor daily and only pack up once the structure hits its dry target.

Is the property independently verified at the end?

Yes. We finish with post-remediation verification, and where the job calls for it we bring in a qualified occupational hygienist to independently test and clear the work — so you get a result signed off to the standard and verified safe, not just “looks dry”.

When water leads to mould

Water damage often leads to mould

If it wasn’t dried out properly, mould can follow. Our Mould Assassins crew can inspect, test and treat it.

Reviews

Trusted by Brisbane property owners

Real feedback from real customers we've helped.

Names all three crews

I genuinely couldn't count the number of times Harold and his team have come to the rescue.

I first met Harold in January 2024 through the real estate agency I was working for at the time, and he has become one of the few tradespeople I know I can rely on without hesitation.

As a Property Manager, you place an enormous amount of trust in the contractors you engage. You need honest advice, practical solutions and confidence that they're doing what's right by your owners and tenants, not what's most profitable. Harold consistently delivers exactly that.

From general property maintenance with 1HandyDad, to mould remediation through Mould Assassins and emergency flood and water damage restoration with Flood Responders, Harold and his team have helped prevent countless headaches and unnecessary losses for not only myself, but my investors and tenants. Every job is approached with professionalism, integrity and genuine compassion.

If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. I couldn't recommend Harold and his team more highly. They're the kind of people you hope you never need, but when you do, you'll be incredibly glad you called them.

Thanks for always having my back ❤️

Occupational hygienist in our network

Our professional network

Backed by an independent occupational hygienist

We work alongside occupational hygienist Jay Raval of Independent Occupational Hygiene Consultants (IOHC) in Brisbane for indoor air-quality testing after water damage. Because IOHC is independent of our work, any assessment, clearance or second opinion carries the weight of a qualified professional with no stake in the outcome — real confidence for you, your tenants and your insurer.
