Crew 01 · Level 3 · Equipment hire · Brisbane
Managing your own dry-out? Hire the same commercial air movers and dehumidifiers we use on site — with straight-up guidance on how to place and run them.
Level 3 of 3
Not every job needs a full crew. If you’re a tradesperson, property manager or a confident owner managing a small dry-out, sometimes you just need the right equipment — the kind that actually dries a structure, not a hardware-store fan.
We hire out the same commercial air movers and dehumidifiers we run on our own jobs, by the day or the week. And because getting them in the wrong place wastes time and power, we can help you work out roughly how many you need, where to put them and how long to run them.
It’s the lowest-cost way to tap professional drying power — with a phone call’s worth of advice from people who do this every day.
The gear
The same professional-grade gear we run on our own jobs — Drymatic air movers, Heylo dehumidifiers and Husqvarna air scrubbers.
High-velocity fans that push air across wet surfaces to speed evaporation.
Commercial units that pull the evaporated moisture back out of the air.
HEPA filtration that clears dust, spores and odours from the air during the dry-out.
Rough sizing guide
Pop in the rooms you're drying and how wet they are for a ballpark. It's a rough guide built on IICRC S500 drying principles — we'll confirm the exact kit when we talk.
soaked carpet or flooring
A rough guide only, based on IICRC S500 principles — every job is different.
Rough figures only — please confirm what equipment is available, as availability affects the final hire rate. GST inclusive.
Call us to confirmHire rates
Set up for residential and small-property dry-outs — not large commercial or retail sites. The longer the hire, the better the per-day rate.
| Equipment | From / day | From / week | From / month |
|---|---|---|---|
Air movers Drymatic | from $35 | from $220 | from $840 |
Dehumidifiers Heylo | from $90 | from $565 | from $2,150 |
Air scrubbers (HEPA) Husqvarna | from $85 | from $535 | from $2,040 |
How the scale works: a week is ~7 days at about 10% off the day rate; a month is ~30 days at about 20% off — so longer hire is better value per day. GST inclusive. Indicative figures for review — final rates confirmed on enquiry.

FAQ
It depends on the size of the area and how wet it is. Use the rough sizing guide above for a ballpark, or tell us the room sizes and we’ll help you work it out — guessing usually means too few, and a job that never really dries.
Household fans move a little air but don’t have the airflow to dry a structure, and without a dehumidifier the moisture just re-wets other surfaces. Commercial air movers plus a dehumidifier are what actually dries the building.
No problem — call us and we’ll attend and take it on as an interim make-safe or a full restoration. The hire can roll straight into a managed job.
Hire terms
A plain-English summary of the terms you agree to when you hire equipment from us. These operate alongside the Australian Consumer Law, which always applies. Full terms are provided with your hire agreement.
These terms apply to the hire of equipment from Integrated Property Care (Flood Responders). Hiring equipment from us means you accept them. They operate alongside the Australian Consumer Law, which always applies.
We hire drying and air-handling equipment for residential and small-property use. We are not set up for large commercial or retail sites — contact us to discuss those.
Hire is charged for the term you book — a day, a week or a month — and is payable in full for that term whether or not you finish early. Rates are confirmed on enquiry and are GST inclusive. The hire period runs from when the equipment leaves us or is delivered, until it is returned or collected.
If equipment is returned after the agreed time, you will be charged for the extra time at the standard day rate for each additional day (or part-day) until it is back with us. Need it for longer? Call us before the hire ends and we will extend it.
Equipment is subject to availability. We may ask for payment upfront and/or a refundable security bond before the equipment is released.
You can collect and return the equipment yourself, or we can deliver and collect for a charge that depends on location. Return it clean, in working order and by the agreed time.
While the equipment is in your care you must use it only for its intended purpose and in line with our instructions, keep it in a safe, dry location on a suitable power supply with RCD (safety-switch) protection, not block its intakes or outlets, keep it secure, and not modify or repair it or let anyone unqualified service it.
All equipment is tested and tagged and supplied in safe working order. Please check it on receipt and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. If a unit fails through no fault of yours during the hire, call us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
From the time the equipment is in your care until it is back with us, it is at your risk. You are responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond fair wear and tear — including a cleaning charge if it is returned dirty, and the cost to repair or replace it at current value. Hire charges continue until lost or damaged equipment is returned or paid for.
This is powered equipment used around water. Keep cables clear of walkways and water, do not run units unattended where that would be unsafe, ensure adequate ventilation, and follow the safety instructions supplied. If you are unsure, call us.
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to re-supplying the equipment or the cost of doing so. We are not responsible for the results you achieve using hired equipment on a job you manage yourself.
If you breach these terms or do not pay, we may end the hire and recover the equipment, and you agree we may access the site to do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. We may update them from time to time; the version published here is the one in force. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Summary only — the full hire terms are provided with your hire agreement. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
